Cart Registration
1. Driver's must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license. 2. All carts must be registered with the City of Ocean Springs, have proper identification sticker, proof of insurance and obey all requirements of golf cart ordinance established by the City of Ocean Springs. 3. Cart owner/renter is responsible for decorating cart and throws.
